10/12/2003 - Briefing paper to Select Committee chairman

10/12/2003 - Select Committee 27th November with Parliamentary Ombudsman
Ann Abraham, the Ombudsman, did not wish to answer detailed questions on Equitable Life, citing the possible legal action by EMAG to seek to overturn her report.
