My colleagues and I thought it would be useful for EMAG (and EMAG alone) to meet you, Mr. Thomson, and two or three of the non-executive board members to discuss:-
  • Our JR against the Parliamentary Ombudsman
  • possible legal action against the government for regulatory failure - the European route
  • the special resolution
If you think that such a meeting would be useful, then perhaps you would give us some possible dates for a meeting after Easter. We would wish the meeting be in strictest confidence.
